The Challenge
Vim, the number 1 dishwashing brand in India wanted to extend it’s liquid range since the new age consumers were looking for anti-bacterial and anti-smell solutions as per current times.
The challenge that we had was firstly the limited space of labels. The brand team wanted clear distinct range appeal. The new range also had to have prominent ingredient story along with premium feel to it. The design was to be made keeping in mind Modern Trade shelf stake up
The Solution
We started our journey by scanning various brands for better visualisation of the product promise. We got to know, we would be need to add value through print features.
We retained the big bold identity at the top of the pack to leverage the equity of Vim. Strong holding device with a metallic band in the center improved the visibility of variant name considerably. It also acted as a key identifier of the range. Careful juxtaposition of ingredients added focus on the Vim liquid drop.
Overall, the new range looked premium and classy and gelled well with the current Vim design architecture,
